After spending over 15 years in SME corporate roles, I became the go-to person who absorbed responsibilities, tackled inefficiencies, and streamlined processes. But what truly drove me wasn’t just fixing systems but helping people grow.

When I moved interstate, I had the chance to pause and reflect on what gave me energy, purpose, and joy. With the support of mentors and deep self-reflection, I realised my true passion lay in developing and supporting leaders. That’s how Earnest HR was born.

Leadership is a tough, often overwhelming role. Many step into it because they care deeply and excel in their field, but they don’t always have the leadership skills, support, or confidence to navigate the challenges. My mission is to change that. I don’t just offer HR consulting—I build real relationships with leaders, working alongside them to develop practical skills, strengthen their influence, and enhance their confidence. I take pride in deeply embedding myself in a business’s mission, making it my own, and championing the leaders who shape teams and cultures.

At the heart of my work are three core values:

I love people, I love networking, and one of my favourite things is hearing people’s stories—what drives them, what challenges them, and what they aspire to be. Every leader has a unique journey, and I believe great leadership isn’t about fitting into a mould—it’s about embracing who you are, leading with humanity, and having the courage to grow. My role is to support that journey.
